Undetectify Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any part of the Service, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be legally bound by them. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of Service

Undetectify provides an AI text humanization service that rewrites AI-generated content to read as natural human writing. The Service processes text in real time via Cloudflare Workers. We do not store, retain, or log any input text or output text that passes through the humanization engine. Only account metadata, credit balances, and anonymized usage statistics are stored.

3. Accounts and Authentication

Account access is provided exclusively via Google OAuth2 authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account. You may not share your account credentials, account session, or referral benefits with other individuals. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that show signs of shared access, abuse, or circumvention of platform limits.

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

The Service offers both a free tier and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.

Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change with reasonable notice. Any price changes will apply at the next billing cycle following notification.

5. No Refund Policy

All payments are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds, credits, or prorations for any reason, including but not limited to unused credits, partial-month cancellations, dissatisfaction with results, service interruptions, or account terminations due to policy violations.

Before upgrading, we encourage you to evaluate the Service using the free plan. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted this no-refund policy in full.

6. Service Availability and Limitations

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no guarantees regarding uptime, availability, or continuous uninterrupted access.

The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Scheduled or emergency maintenance
• Cloudflare infrastructure events
• Third-party service dependencies, including Google OAuth
• Unexpected traffic surges or technical failures
• Force majeure events beyond our control

We will make reasonable efforts to restore service as quickly as possible, but we do not guarantee any specific response time or resolution window. Service interruptions do not entitle users to refunds, credits, or compensation of any kind.

7. Output Quality Disclaimer

The humanization results produced by Undetectify are generated algorithmically and may vary depending on the content, length, complexity, and style of the input text. We do not guarantee that:

• Any specific AI detector will classify the output as human-written
• The output will be free of grammatical errors, awkward phrasing, or stylistic inconsistencies
• Results will meet any particular academic, professional, or editorial standard
• The output will be appropriate for submission to any specific institution or platform

The user is solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and using output text. Undetectify accepts no liability for academic consequences, professional outcomes, platform penalties, or any other result arising from the use of output text.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Submit, process, or distribute illegal, defamatory, or harmful content
• Circumvent academic integrity policies in a manner that constitutes fraud or cheating under your institution's rules
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or reproduce the humanization engine
• Use automated scripts, bots, or tools to make bulk requests
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent credit limits or abuse detection systems

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these guidelines without notice and without refund.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, branding, and copy on undetectify.com is the exclusive property of Undetectify and is protected under copyright law. Copyright 2026 Undetectify. All rights reserved.

You retain ownership of any text you submit to the Service. By submitting text, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process that text solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Undetectify and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, reputational damage, academic penalties, or any other loss arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Undetectify, its operators, affiliates, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses, including legal fees, arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. No refunds will be issued upon termination.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Undetectify operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of that jurisdiction.
